connection, this was added because some people were asking what heads had the
carb fuel pump provisions. All heads are light alloy (aluminum).

*Some blocks are actually mk1 blocks from left over stock,
these will have mk1 mounting points while true mk2 blocks won't.
**The blocks are identical, the only difference is in the end
caps where on the 16V they are connected together and separate on the 8V.
