Parts Compatibility

Most of the parts listed are for upgrading engines using stock parts off other models.

999cc Fire Carb

Cylinder head-The cylinder head off a 1108cc/1242cc 8V can be used as these are better flowing units.

Camshaft-The stock camshaft for the Panda 4X4 can be used for ~7hp increase.

Distributor-Points units can be changed for later electronic units.

Fiat Panda/Uno and Lancia Y10

999cc Fire SPI

Cylinder head-The cylinder head off a 1108cc/1242cc 8V can be used as these are better flowing units.

Camshaft-The stock camshaft for the Panda 4X4 can be used for ~7hp increase.

Fiat Panda/Uno and Lancia Y10

1108cc Fire Carb

1108cc 8V Fire SPI (176.B2.000)

Fiat Cinquecento/Seicento and Punto

1108cc 8V Fire MPI

1242cc 8V Fire SPI

Camshaft-The stock camshaft off a Punto 75 can be used for ~10hp increase.

Fiat Punto 60 engine

1242cc 8V Fire MPI

mk1 Fiat Punto 75 engine, mk2 Fiat Punto 60 engine

1242cc 16V Fire MPI

903cc, 999cc, 1108cc, 1372cc transmissions are interchangeable- This is the C.501.5.10 , it utilizes two rods to shift.

999cc, 1108cc, 1242cc transmissions are interchangeable- This is the C514 , it utilizes one rod and a cable.(1992 up)

The 903cc, 999cc transmissions will not fit the 1242cc because it has a larger flywheel. This can be altered by using the early 1108cc flywheel.

Note: The Uno turbo tranny is a bolt on fit to the FIRE engines.
